Jill Martin is Vice President of Professional Services at HelpSystems. She is responsible for building and managing a thriving professional services organization to help customers maximize their investment in HelpSystems products and provide security services to protect their systems. She joined HelpSystems in 1997, previously serving as Director of Global Support and holding a number of roles in professional services, technical sales, and product support. For over ten years she has educated customers on IBM midrange systems in areas such as backup and recovery, OS upgrades, partition management, and security. Throughout her career at HelpSystems, she has traveled the world helping customers automate operations and solve data center problems.
Jill has more than 23 years’ combined experience working with customers in IT. Prior to HelpSystems, she worked at IBM in product support and testing. Jill graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mankato State University with a BS in both Psychology and Computer Science (MIS).
