This has long been a core value at HelpSystems. But events of 2020 that highlighted ongoing disparities in our communities propelled us to do more. We shifted our annual fundraiser in 2020 to benefit organizations around the world 100% committed to diversity and inclusion and results were powerful. We continuously offer access to training for all employees to increase awareness. We also founded a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council to effect meaningful change in our organization – change that will make us stronger and enable us to make our communities more equitable.
