For over 30 years, HelpSystems has delivered proven IT and business technology solutions and award-winning support to our customers. Originally, we offered one product: IT automation software for the IBM i platform (at the time, IBM System/38). Since then, we’ve expanded our solutions to meet our customers’ needs. The HelpSystems portfolio now includes monitoring and management, security, compliance, business intelligence, and document management solutions across a variety of operating systems, including IBM i, Windows, UNIX, Linux, and AIX.
Today we have 450 employees in 20 offices worldwide. With regional headquarters in North America, South America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, including our corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, we sell our solutions directly and through strategic partners around the globe.
