HelpSystems is adapting to meet customer needs during this COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to keep employees safe and continue to take care of our customers. We are following the World Health Organization (WHO) and other national health authorities for updates and guidance. We confidently continue to provide world-class support to our customers and partners by leveraging our scalable workforce across the globe who is working safely and securely from home. We have taken steps to safeguard our continued availability and business continuity through technology, processes, and staffing for as long as the pandemic may persist. We want to assure you that our customer support is a priority for us during this time. We will continue to leverage our talented, global workforce and implement additional contingencies as requirements change or the situation demands.
This is a good time to remind you that HelpSystems is very well positioned to not only support you during this time, but to get through it well. We have been in business since 1984 and a core value of ours is the long-term viability of the organization. We take that responsibility seriously. Healthy doses of strong leadership and fiscal responsibility have served us well during other difficult times like the dot-com bubble, the September 11th terrorist attacks in the U.S., and the global recession of 2008-2009. You have always counted on us and we’ll continue to deliver.
