We are following the World Health Organization (WHO) and other national health authorities for updates and guidance. We are confident in our ability to continue to provide world-class support to our customers and partners by leveraging our scalable workforce across our global geographic footprint. We have taken steps to safeguard our continued availability and business continuity through technology, processes, and staffing for as long as the pandemic may persist, including full-scale remote working arrangements for staff. We want to assure you that our customer support is a priority for us during this time. We will continue to leverage our geographically distributed workforce and implement additional contingencies as requirements change or the situation demands.

We have been in business since 1982 and a core value of ours is the long-term viability of the organization. We take that responsibility seriously. Strong products coupled with fiscal responsibility have served us well during other difficult times like the dot-com bubble, the September 11th terrorist attacks in the U.S., and the global recession of 2008-2009.
