Yvonne Schumacher

Yvonne had 30 years of experience in the information technology field and was an IBM and Robot Certified Specialist. Her background included quality assurance, PC software instruction, IBM i system implementation, consulting, training, and operations.

Before devoting herself to teaching and consulting, Yvonne supported Fortra customers as a Technical Consultant for six years. She created and taught online training courses, traveled regularly to customer sites, and worked remotely with customers to provide on-site training and implementation services.
