Prior to joining HelpSystems Tim had many years experience as a systems consultant; from software development through to systems management, migration projects and infrastructure automation. Since joining HelpSystems he has provided pre- and post- sales support for the JAMS product. This has included customer demonstrations, proof of concept trials onboarding and training of new and existing customers.
