Scott Cole joined HelpSystems in June 2015 as Vice President of Customer Success. In his role, Scott is responsible for fostering a company-wide culture focused on customer interests.
Prior to joining HelpSystems, Scott spent 20 years in the financial industry. While running a successful financial services firm, Scott’s customer-centric approach was highly regarded industry-wide. Throughout his career, he has developed significant knowledge of predictive analytics, particularly as a floor trader on the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). Together, these experiences have enabled Scott to drive operational efficiencies which promote mutually beneficial results.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University.
