Mark Amacher is a lead technical consultant on the Professional Services team at HelpSystems.
Today, Mark helps document management customers achieve greater efficiency in their business processes. New customers get the most out of their implementation by working with Mark on Solution Designs. Existing customers maximize their software with recommendations from Mark in Business Process Assessments.
Previously a longtime HelpSystems customer, Mark joined the company in 2016. He brings over 25 years of technical and operations leadership at American Express, IBM, and Discount Tire to the table. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations (DeVry Institute of Technology) and a Master Technician certificate (Electric League of Arizona). Plus, he’s a Six Sigma Green Belt.
