Heather Beck is Vice President of Global Support at HelpSystems. Heather is responsible for ensuring customers receive world-class support and service-level expectations are met. Her team serves the company's internal and external customers and business partners in all aspects of software selection, implementation, and configuration.
Heather joined HelpSystems in 2008 after 8 years as a Technical Support Specialist for Bytware. Since joining HelpSystems, she has held several positions, including Technical Consultant and Product Support Manager. These roles focused on automated monitoring, performance monitoring, and notifications, as well as anti-virus and security solutions for IBM i.
Heather has conducted numerous trainings, workshops, and web seminars, and she is a speaker at COMMON. As a customer-focused leader, Heather is experienced in earning customer satisfaction and is a long-time member of HDI, an association for technical support professionals.
