How Does the Automation Assessment Work?

A Business Analyst from HelpSystems will spend two days onsite assessing your current processes and existing automation. This is a business-focused assessment that utilizes Six Sigma methodologies. To prepare for the Assessment, we’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire and schedule meetings with the appropriate business representatives. You will choose which areas of the business we will focus on—either a deep dive into one department or a higher-level look at up to three departments.

The goal is to help you effectively leverage automation across your organization. The assessment will:

  • Capture candidates for automation
  • Prioritize automation opportunities using a weighted matrix
  • Identify the optimal approach to automate your workflows
  • Include discussion of high-level best practices

What Will We Receive from the Assessment?

Your in-depth assessment report will include existing and recommended process flows, a completed C&E matrix, and ROI findings. Once the report is complete, we will present a 45-minute Automation Assessment virtual presentation to share our findings and recommendations and to review next steps.
