The Automate Health Check provides an assessment of your existing automation environment. The goal of the Health Check is to help you see if you’re following best practices for optimal automation performance.
How does the Health Check work?
An automated application conducts a remote assessment of your automation environment, installation settings, and hardware specifications, and reviews your tasks and workflows to ensure that your configuration is consistent with best practices.
One of our experienced Technical Solutions Consultants then delivers your Health Check report and recommendations for improving the performance of your automation environment. If needed, you can request a phone appointment to go over the details.
What Does the Health Check Include?
The Automate Health Check includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Review of Automate installation and configuration
- Examination of currently developed tasks and workflows
- Verification that tasks and workflows have been developed and maintained in accordance with best practices
- Recommendations to enhance and optimize automation environment
How do I get an Automate Health Check?
The Automate Health Check is typically conducted on an annual basis for active Maintenance Plus customers. It may also be purchased separately for customers that are not on Maintenance Plus.
