It is shocking to me how many companies use Office 365 yet do not require multi-factor authentication. Equally shocking is the number of companies that do not have a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution for their outbound email. It’s hard to email your aging report, customer list, or all your employee W-2s to a hacker if your email system prevents that in the first place.
