Adding a New Vendor in Robot Alert

There are two ways you can add vendors in Robot Alert. Vendors are then assigned to devices.

  1. From the Robot Alert Administration Menu, select option 3, Directory Menu.

  2. Select option 1, Vendor Maintenance Menu.

  3. Do either of the following on the Vendor Maintenance panel:

    • Select option 1, Create Vendor Using Robot Guide, for a step-by-step guide.

    • Select option 2, Maintain Existing Vendors. Then, press F6 on the Maintain Vendors panel.
