Extended Support Phase
- No product enhancements
- Only Severity 1 bug fixes are provided
- Certified against the latest OS releases
- Product fully supported
- 1% uplift to maintenance prices (e.g. 20% to 21%) over and above any inflationary adjustments
Sustain Phase
- No bug fixes or OS compatibility releases
- Product supported on a “best efforts” basis
- 3% uplift to maintenance prices (e.g. 21% to 24%) over and above any inflationary adjustments
