Active Phase

  • Product is actively developed
  • Certified against the latest OS releases
  • Product fully supported
  • Roadmap is available

Sustain Phase

  • Bug and security fixes
  • Certified against the latest OS releases
  • Product fully supported
  • No product enhancements

Extended Support Phase

  • No bug or security fix
  • No OS compatibility releases
  • Product supported on a “best effort” basis

End of Life Phase

  • Product has reached retirement
  • Product is no longer developed – either enhancements nor maintenance
  • Product is no longer supported
