Consult this guide to product lifecycle phases in order to understand how your software developed and supported.

Active Phase

  • Product is actively developed
  • Certified against the latest OS releases
  • Product fully supported

Extended Support Phase

  • No product enhancements
  • Only Severity 1 bug fixes are provided
  • Certified against the latest OS releases
  • Product fully supported
  • 1% uplift to maintenance prices (e.g. 20% to 21%) over and above any inflationary adjustments

Sustain Phase

  • No bug fixes or OS compatibility releases
  • Product supported on a “best efforts” basis
  • 3% uplift to maintenance prices (e.g. 21% to 24%) over and above any inflationary adjustments
