Halcyon Helps Computacenter Deliver Efficient Managed Services

Computacenter relies on Operations Center Suite to provide a single view of all IBM i system activity, ensuring that all jobs run on time and are scheduled to optimize available system resources.

For clients with mixed environments, Computacenter uses Task Supervisor to manage 20,000+ tasks, including checks on Windows servers, and provide notifications to those responsible for a task when it is overdue.
