What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Never pass up an opportunity to shut up and listen.
What was your first job?
Washing dishes in a French restaurant. I'll never be a fan of escargot.
What is the longest you've sat at a computer without getting up?
13 hours—from 7 p.m. until 8 a.m. I was on a call with a customer who had multiple disk drive failure and they needed to somehow reconstruct all their Robot SCHEDULE jobs. Long night!
What was your favorite NES game?
What profession, other than your own, would you like to attempt?
It's too late now, but tennis.
What did you catch onto before your friends? (Facebook? Twitter? iPhone?)
VCR—ouch—but at least I picked the right format with VHS, not Beta.
What's the next item to be crossed off your bucket list?
Attending games at all 30 MLB ballparks. Only four to go!
What's the best part about working at HelpSystems?
