What You Might Have Missed

iForms has always made document and form creation much easier than it was in the days of pre-printed forms and AFP forms. But, there’s more automation you could gain in your forms processes. Here’s what you may have missed if you’re running an earlier version of iForms.

Easy Integration

If you want to integrate your systems and databases, it’s time for an upgrade. Recent versions of iForms come with REST API functionality. This allows you to connect your systems—without doing any behind the scenes work. You’ll be able to pull up files from other systems in iForms, and vice versa.

You’ll also gain multiple database connection via JDBC. Most major databases—Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.—will be available. This means you can draw data from your databases directly into iForms and simplify document creation.

Truly Automated Monitoring

Recent versions of iForms can watch your directories and monitor output queues for new reports and information. There’s no need for any programming—the software does it on its own.  


Later versions of iForms offer great flexibility for working with your documents. With assembly functions, you can merge multiple files together into a single PDF. On the flip side, you can split multi-part invoices into multiple documents by invoice number. You can even extract pages. It’s fast, easy, and highly useful.
