Big News! The Software Reviews 2020 Robotic Process Automation Data Quadrant Report Is Here (And We Can’t Wait for You to See the Results)

Just this month, Info-Tech released its 2020 Robotic Process Automation Data Quadrant Report. And we were blown away. More than 110 reviews were collected across the entire survey from real end users—verified and analyzed for authenticity—comparing six of the top RPA solution providers to establish an unbiased view of the product landscape. And here’s the exciting part: HelpSystems Automate Plus was ranked by our customers as a top-rated RPA solution in the market.

But you don’t have to take our word for it. Throughout this blog, we’ll highlight some of the major findings from the report, including how customers ranked our automation solution for specific categories within Vendor Capability Satisfaction and Product Feature Satisfaction.

The Results Are In! Let’s Take a Look at Vendor Capability Satisfaction

For overall Vendor Capability, HelpSystems scored 83 percent—five percentage points above the category average and ranked second overall among providers. Even more notable, our RPA solution ranked first in five of 11 categories and ranked in the top three in all 11 categories.

  •  1st Place in Breadth of Features: Described as the ability to perform a wide variety of tasks. HelpSystems ranked at 87 percent satisfaction with a category average of 78 percent. 
  • 1st Place in Usability and Intuitiveness: Considered the ability to reduce training due to intuitive design. HelpSystems ranked at 87 percent satisfaction with a category average of 79 percent.
  • 1st Place in Ease of IT Administration: Defined as ease of use of the backend user interface. HelpSystems ranked at 85 percent satisfaction with a category average of 77 percent.
  • 1st Place in Ease of Data Integration: Characterized as the ability to seamlessly integrate data. HelpSystems ranked at 85 percent satisfaction with a category average of 77 percent.
  • 1st Place in Quality of Features: This is the ability to perform at or above industry standards. HelpSystems ranked at 85 percent satisfaction with a category average of 77 percent.

Now Let’s See Product Feature Satisfaction Rankings

For overall Product Feature Satisfaction, HelpSystems scored 80 percent—three percentage points above the category average and ranked second overall among providers. This portion examined mandatory, standard, and differentiating features. Of the 11 total mandatory and standard product feature categories, our RPA solution ranked first in four categories and second in four categories. That’s eight out of 11 total categories where we were in the top two.

  • 1st Place in Central Deployment: Where bots are managed and published from a common location to provide version control, manage the bot's system access rights, and act as repository for future reuse. HelpSystems ranked at 90 percent satisfaction with a category average of 82 percent.
  • 1st Place in Unsupervised Launch: Described as bots triggered to action based on a schedule or when prescribed conditions are met. HelpSystems ranked at 89 percent satisfaction with a category average of 79 percent.
  • 1st Place in Code-Free Programming: This feature enables a drag and drop graphical user interface to setup processes based on recorded user action and library of stock actions. HelpSystems ranked at 89 percent satisfaction with a category average of 80 percent.
  • 1st Place in Concurrent Work: Defined where bots can be synchronized to access resources at the same time and undertake processes in parallel from different machines. HelpSystems ranked at 88 percent satisfaction with a category average of 78 percent.
