The global IT management solutions provider announces a new office to support increasing sales in the United Kingdom and worldwide.

Minneapolis, MN – February 12, 2013 - Help/Systems, LLC, a world leader in systems management, security, and business intelligence software, announced the opening of a new office in London to support staff expansion and serve future growth as its European headquarters.

“We are very excited to see our customer base grow so rapidly outside the United States,” said Jim Cassens, Managing Director of Help/Systems International. “This will allow us to continue adding staff to support the needs of our customers and strategic partners across Europe.”

Acknowledging the company’s record growth in 2012—which included record product licenses and three acquisitions—Cassens said the new headquarters “will provide the scalability to expand as well.”

Added Cassens, "Today, we provide support and services to the largest data centers in the finance, retail, and managed services industries. As Help/Systems expands our portfolio of solutions, we look forward to continuing that record of services, support, and enhancement."

The company’s 2012 acquisitions included two UK-based companies – CCSS Ltd and Safestone Technologies. The companies, which specialise in information security and systems management, expand Help/Systems product offerings in compliance and system performance monitoring for data centers with IBM Power Systems.

“These investments in new solutions and resources are necessary in order to support our continued growth outside the US, both organically and via acquisition,” said Help/Systems CEO Janet Dryer. “Our expanding portfolio of IT management solutions across the IBM i, UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms puts us in a strong position to increase our customer base of midsize and large businesses worldwide as we continue to do in the United States.”

Help/Systems, which has earned a reputation for delivering quality software solutions and world-class customer support, reached a record 43,000 active product licenses in 2012. Founded in 1982 with two employees and a single product for automated job scheduling, the company has grown to 14 offices worldwide with more than 200 employees, 45 products, and 6,300 customers.
