Full product functionality was tested and ready ahead of major release date

IBM officially released IBM i 7.2 on May 2, 2014. As an IBM Business Partner for over 25 years, HelpSystems was prepared. Our products were fully functional and ready to support the new release on day one.

“As a member of IBM’s ISV Council, HelpSystems always works very closely with IBM in advance of their major releases to test our code and provide direct feedback on features or potential problems,” said Matt Bresnan, Director of Development for HelpSystems. “We have over 60 products that run on the IBM i platform, so this was a huge undertaking for our team to ensure that all of our solutions would work in time for this major new release.”

With the release of IBM i 7.2, IBM provides significant enhancements including advanced support for mobile and cloud, as well as new functionality to improve security and systems management.
