Using REPSETSTS to Report Archive History Status
Product:
Robot/REPORTS Occasionally, report processing ends in the middle of processing. This usually happens if the RBTSLEEPER subsystem is ended when there are REPQWATCH2 jobs running. Depending on the time in the process that the REPQWATCH2 jobs are ended, there will be different results:
- Reports with an Archive History Status of PROCESSING have probably been retrieved into Robot/REPORTS files, but no output was produced. Use the REPSETSTS command to change the status from PROCESSING to COMPLETED. Then, try to print or view the report(s).
- Reports with an Archive History Status of RUN or RUNNING have not been retrieved into Robot/REPORTS files. These reports must be reprocessed through Robot/REPORTS to create the desired output and history. Use the REPSETSTS command to change the archive history status from RUN or RUNNING to COMPLETED. Run REPARCHIVE STAGE(EXPIRED) to complete the cleanup of these records and all associated objects.
To use the REPSETSTS command:
- Add RBTREPLIB to your library list, as follows:
- Enter the following command and press function key 4 to prompt it.
