Robot/SCHEDULE 10 Users

Robot/SCHEDULE 10 users can perform a fast and easy update to Robot/SCHEDULE Version 11. Just follow the simple update instructions included with the Version 11 update. Download the Version 11 update here.

Notes:

• You do not need to run the pre-checker to complete the update.
  
• If Robot/SCHEDULE and Robot/NETWORK are on the same System i, we recommend that you update both products at the same time.

Robot/SCHEDULE 9 Users

Robot/SCHEDULE 9 users must convert to Version 11.

Robot/SCHEDULE 11 Features

The new Robot/SCHEDULE 11 includes several enhancements to the Schedule Activity Monitor (SAM). Here's what you'll find:

• Right-click a forecasted job to mark it as acknowledged. SAM displays the job with a green background for easy identification.
• The Forecast tab now includes job detail information in the background for submitted jobs.
• The SAM Preferences window adds the following options:
  • Exclude EVERY-type jobs from the Forecasted tab.
  • Update the Forecast column as batch jobs are sent to run.
• The Running/Waiting tab now includes OPAL-Delayed jobs.

Robot/SCHEDULE 11 also adds a new filter, Group with Members, to the Job Schedule List that shows members of each group.
