ESEND provides a set of intuitive, easy-to-use menu options to facilitate use of the product. For example, a "Work with Spooled Files" option (below) displays a list of spooled files on the system. You can specify filters to include/exclude the files displayed in the screen. In this example, the user specified a filter of "D*" for the filename to include only the files starting with "D".
At this screen, the user typed in an "E" in the Option column (far left) to select 4 of the spool files for e-mailing. After the [Enter] key is pressed, the e-mail parameter entry screen is displayed (below). This screen allows the user to specify a recipient, subject, message for the e-mail as well as the preferred file format type for the spooled file(s). In this example, the user has specified HTML as the preferred file format. From here - press [Enter] - and you're done!
ESEND quickly sent the 4 spooled files in HTML format to the recipient.
