Robot/SCHEDULE: Operations

This class focuses on the ins and outs of managing daily batch job processing.

You will learn how to handle schedule changes, maintain jobs, forecast schedules, and set up notification. The class is taught using Robot/SCHEDULE 10. Topics include the following:

• Changing a job's schedule with an override code
• Working with completion history and troubleshooting
• Forecasting job schedules and using job documentation
• Setting up error notification and escalation

Length

The class lasts 3 hours, including one short break.

1. A high-speed Internet connection (DSL, cable modem, or T1).

Registration
Each person who wants to take the class must register. Class size is limited to give participants the individual attention they need. Registration is required at least 72 hours before the class. You can cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the class without penalty. No-shows will be billed.
