Description
Learn what to ask about a job before you begin setting it up, so you can set it up correctly from the start. The class is taught using the Robot/SCHEDULE 11 GUI.
The 2-day Robot/SCHEDULE Basics class is offered on the following dates (all times are Central time):

Who should attend?
This class is designed for new users of Robot/SCHEDULE, whether you are just starting your implementation or picking up where someone else left off.
Training approach
Help/Systems uses a blended approach to learning that has proven very successful. The class includes:
- Presentation and live demonstrations
- Hands-on activities on your own system
- Participant interaction with trainers during session
- Reference materials
Recommendation
Robot/SCHEDULE: Operations is a great follow-up to this class.
Length
Each part lasts 2 hours.Prerequisites
- A high-speed Internet connection (DSL, cable modem, or T1).
- A screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher.
- The Robot/SCHEDULE GUI installed (Robot/SCHEDULE 10 or higher) and connected to a system where Robot/SCHEDULE is installed so you can complete the practice exercises. This class is taught using the Graphical User Interface only (the green screen is not used). If the GUI is not installed, you may attend the class but be aware that the exercises are based on the GUI, not the green screen interface.
Note: If your business does not allow the installation of the Robot/SCHEDULE GUI, contact the Services Coordinator to discuss a personal or group lab that uses the green screen interface.
Registration
Each person who wants to take the class must register. Class size is limited to give participants the individual attention they need. Registration is required at least 72 hours before the class. You can cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the class without penalty. No-shows will be billed.
