Training approach

Help/Systems uses a blended approach to learning that has proven very successful. The class includes:

  • Presentation and live demonstrations
  • Hands-on activities on your own system
  • Participant interaction with trainers during session
  • Reference materials

Length

Each part lasts 3 hours, including one short break.

Prerequisites

  1. A high-speed Internet connection (DSL, cable modem, or T1).
  2. A screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher.
  3. The Robot/SCHEDULE GUI installed (Robot/SCHEDULE 10 or higher) and connected to a system where Robot/SCHEDULE is installed so you can complete the practice exercises. This class is taught using the Graphical User Interface only (the green screen is not used). If the GUI is not installed, you may attend the class but be aware that the exercises are based on the GUI, not the green screen interface.

Note: If your business does not allow the installation of the Robot/SCHEDULE GUI, contact the Services Coordinator to discuss a personal or group lab that uses the green screen interface.
