Registration Policies

Help/Systems strives to provide the best in online training. We try to make the registration process as easy as possible for you, we offer flexible payment options and refund policies, and we offer a satisfaction guarantee.

Registration Information 
Registration is easy. After you've read the class description, just click the Register link next to the date you want to attend.

If you'd prefer to talk to a person, call Help/Systems at 1-800-328-1000 (or 952-933-0609) and ask to speak to the Services Coordinator for online classes.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail approximately one week before the training session with information on how to download handouts and sign in. We limit how many people can sign up for paid online training so that everyone gets individual attention. To assure your place in the training session you want, register early. Classes are subject to cancellation.

Payment Options
If you use our online registration system, you can request an invoice or indicate you plan to pay by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We will call you for payment details.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Course fees are fully refundable up to 5 business days prior to the first day of class.
  • Organizations can substitute one student for another at any time without penalty.
  • A fee totaling 25% of the course cost will be assessed for canceling or rescheduling your attendance within 5 business days prior to the first day of class.

After Training
For paid online classes, we send you a handsome diploma suitable for framing. Before you frame it, however, photocopy it for your personnel file. This document is a testament to your training achievement.
