Yvonne Schumacher

Yvonne Schumacher, Technical Training Consultant, has over 20 years of experience in the information technology field and is an IBM and Robot Certified Specialist.

Her background includes quality assurance, PC software instruction, System i implementation, consulting, and operations.

Before devoting herself to teaching and consulting, she supported Help/Systems customers as a Technical Consultant for six years. She travels regularly to customer sites to provide on-site training and implementation services, and also creates and teaches online classes.
