Sara Williams, Research Technical Consultant, has more than 20 years of experience with IBM midrange systems, from the System/36 to the System i, including 13 years with the Robot products.
Her background includes consulting, system implementation, and operations.
In addition to her role in technical support, she teaches classes and is a Robot Certified Specialist. Sara has traveled worldwide to provide training and implementation services for the Robot product line.
