Roxanne Callan, Technical Consultant, has been with Help/Systems for fifteen years and is a Robot Certified Specialist. Before coming to Help/Systems, she worked as a computer operator.
Roxanne supports the products of the Robot Automated Operations Solution including Robot/ALERT, Robot/CONSOLE, Robot/REPLAY, Robot/REPORTS, Robot/SAVE, Robot/SCHEDULE, Robot/SCHEDULE Enterprise, Robot/SPACE, Robot/TRANSFORM, Robot/UPS, and EASY VIEW.
Roxanne also presents webinars and performs remote one-on-one training with customers.
