Jenny Freehauf

Jenny Freehauf, Technical Consultant, has been working with the System i since 2001. Her background includes help desk and technical support positions and she has been a Technical Consultant at Help/Systems since 2003.

She supports Robot/SAVE, Robot/CONSOLE, Robot/NETWORK, Robot/ALERT, Robot/SPACE, and Robot/SCHEDULE. She has a BA in Computer Science and is a Robot Certified Specialist.

In addition to teaching online classes, Jenny is also involved in presenting Webinars and doing remote one-on-one consulting with customers.
