Pat Cameron is a Technical Training Consultant at Help/Systems. She has more than 20 years of experience with IBM products, ranging from the System/38 to the System i. Her background includes implementation planning, operations, and management. Pat is an instructor with Help/Systems Educational and Consulting Services, an IBM Certified Specialist, and a Robot Certified Specialist on the Robot product line. She travels to customer sites to provide training on the Robot Automated Operations Solution products, as well as System i consulting and implementation services.

Terri Preston, Technical Consultant, has over 25 years of experience in the information technology field, including 13 years of experience with the System i (AS/400, iSeries) and the Robot products. Her background includes hardware and system implementation, operations management, and help desk support. In her role as an instructor, she teaches online e-training classes and travels to customer sites to provide on-site training and implementation services. She is a Robot Certified Specialist.

Yvonne Schumacher, Technical Training Consultant, has over 20 years of experience in the information technology field including certifications from IBM and Help/Systems (Robot products). Her back-ground includes quality assurance, PC software instruction, System i implementation, consulting, and operations. Before becoming a full-time instructor with Help/Systems Educational and Consulting Services, she spent six years as a Technical Consultant supporting customers. She travels regularly to customer sites to provide on-site training and implementation services, and also creates and teaches online e-training classes.

Sara Williams, Research Technical Consultant, has more than 20 years of experience with IBM midrange systems, from the System/36 to the System i, including 13 years with the Robot products. Her background includes consulting, system implementation, and operations. In addition to technical support, she is an instructor with Help/Systems Educational and Consulting Services and a Robot Certified Specialist. Sara has traveled worldwide to provide training and implementation services for the Robot product line.
