Our one-on-one consulting service allows us to work with you by phone, over the Internet, or in person from initial product setup and training, to implementing advanced features that can take automation to a new level.
We can tailor our on-site training option to work with the number of people you want to train, their experience level, and your specific data and environment.
We can work with you to implement the Robot products using your actual data and system(s) by providing:

One-on-One Consulting
When you are tackling an automation project, you may feel a bit overwhelmed. To help you through the issues that slow you down, the experts from Help/Systems can consult with you by phone, or in person. Let our years of experience guide you to a successful project conclusion.

When we consult using the Internet and phone, we use WebEx to dial into your system so we can look at the same screens together and discuss them. When we consult in person, we can use your own system(s) to train people from your company on the Robot products. We can hold any of our existing classes specifically for your company. On-Site Training
Can't get away from the office for training? Need to train lots of people on the Robot products? Bring our training to your site! Help/Systems' expert training staff can provide on-site training specific to your needs and environment. We bring an instructor and course material right to your workplace.
All classes can be taught at your site. With on-site training we can:
- Train a group of people (large or small) on one or more products.
- Tailor the training to meet the goals you specify.
- Schedule the training for when it suits you—anytime you work.
So we can develop an on-site training proposal for you, tell us you goals and needs. Once you approve the proposal, the training will be scheduled on mutually agreeable dates. Price
Weekday training is $2,250 per day, plus all expenses of the trainer.
Evening or weekend training is $2,750 per day, plus all expenses of the trainer.
