Robot Product Certifications
Help/Systems offers a Robot Product Certification program to our customers for certain Robot products. You can use this certification program to validate your knowledge of the products, prove your expertise, and earn the recognition you deserve!
To be certified for a product, you must pass a Knowledge Exam and a Practical Exam.
Knowledge Exam
The Knowledge Exam is an online exam that contains multiple-choice questions covering all aspects of the product. It is monitored and timed, and the test results are provided via automatic scoring when the exam is completed or the time has expired.
- The minimum passing grade is 80% correct.
- The Test Administrator will provide feedback, via e-mail, of each incorrect answer listed by category.
- The cost includes one free retake within 30 days of the first attempt. Additional retakes are available at the regular price.

Practical Exam
The Practical Exam assesses an individual’s technical knowledge and skill as they use/demonstrate the product with an instructor to perform routine operations' tasks.
