When I escalate a status in Robot/NETWORK, is there a character limitation?
It depends what version of Robot/NETWORK you are using. In Version 9, there is a 60-character limit. In Version 10, there is no limit.
In Robot/SCHEDULE, is the run time for the Group Control Job the total run time for all the jobs in the group?
Yes. If you need to see the run time for an individual member, view the Group Completion History, or the completion details for the specific member.
