My Robot/NETWORK 9.0 network has multiple Hosts. I designated one as a Meta-Host so all statuses could be redirected to its Status Center. It appears Robot/NETWORK 10 doesn’t have Meta-Hosts. How can I set up a similar arrangement in this new version?
In Robot/NETWORK 10, you must convert each Host to the new version, add them to the Robot/NETWORK Explorer Graphical User Interface (GUI), and start a connection. From the GUI, you can view the status of each system and set up escalation properties for the products on that system.

If you want to view all statuses from all systems, click the Status Center icon on the toolbar to display a consolidated Status Center with events from all systems (Hosts and Nodes) that are connected in the GUI. Once you get it set up, it is actually much easier to read and handle events for multiple Hosts from this new global Status Center. Many operators have told us that they are impressed with the easy-to-use time-saving features of the new status center.

You also may want to investigate the new Robot/NETWORK Map Center.

When Robot/CONSOLE sends me e-mail messages via Robot/ALERT, the subject line is blank. How can I get something to appear there?
You need to make sure your device is set up in Robot/ALERT to send a subject line. Go to the Robot/ALERT Administration Menu and select option 3, Directory Menu. When the Directory Menu displays, select option 2, Maintain Device Directory. When the Maintain Devices panel displays, select the device you are using. When the Device panel displays, set the parameter “Include Subject in Message” and to 1 (Yes). You should see a subject line in your e-mails.
