Managers, executives, and other end users rely on SEQUEL to deliver business metrics needed to effectively monitor business activities. SEQUEL offers a number of different dashboard options:
With SEQUEL ViewPoint, you can create useful Executive Dashboards, like the one shown below, that display a combination of SEQUEL objects, Windows applications, and Web browser windows.
Executive Dashboards give non-technical management personnel and other end users access a wide array of important business metrics by clicking a desktop icon. A SEQUEL Executive Dashboard may contain any of the following objects:
SEQUEL may be used with Google® Maps, subject to and in accordance with Google Maps terms of service, to support interactive map plotting based on address, zip code, or GPS coordinates stored in System i database files. SEQUEL can select virtually any location-dependent information (such as customer, branch sites or trucking information) and display a Google Map with color-coordinated "push pins" denoting appropriate locations. Executive dashboards can include run-time prompts or action buttons to display maps containing information extracted from a System i database.
Client Table
With the SEQUEL Client Table feature, you get an interactive OLAP solution designed to help you perform dynamic data mining and analysis easily. You can drill down from summary levels to the detail level, create reports, and perform data analysis on your System i database files. Using drag and drop, you can easily reorganize table dimensions and quickly see new results. In addition, you have access to various data filtering, drill-down, data marking, dimensional pivoting, ranking, and graphing functions.
