Run Every 30 Minutes Controlled

I need to schedule a job to run every 30 minutes at 15 past the hours and at 45 past the hour.

Right now I have my own CL that does this. This CL just sits all day and submits these jobs based on if the min = 15 or 45..
This CL actually has all sorts of time checks. I guess you could call it, "Poor Man's Robot."

I am thinking that as long as I have Robot, this CL is obsolete.
