Omit 2nd Working Day

Hello,

Whould would be a pretty straight forward job to make so that some jobs do not run on the second working day of the month?
I know that I could create a Date Object, but that seams redundant when I have a Calandar that knows what day is the second work day.

I looked into RBT013, RBT014 & RBT017 so see if there was something that would return What working day of the month it is but not as a date.

Another thing that I thought of was running a Dummy Job at 12:01AM on the second working day.
Then I would create an OPAL script to check if this job ran.
I don't really like the idea of submitting dummy jobs that utilize unnessasary cycles.

I could also create my own DataArea on the legacy system that keep track of what working day of the month it is and then use OPAL to check that, but then I am starting to migrate back to using my legacy system to control job flow. The goal is to migrate to Robot.
