six years as a Technical Consultant supporting customers. She travels

services, and also creates and teaches online e-training classes.

of experience working with information and reporting systems on the
System i (AS/400, iSeries). For 12 years, Steven worked with companies
in a wide variety of industries throughout Europe and North America
as a teacher and consultant. Since 2002, he has focused on helping
users learn to use SEQUEL. He conducts online e-training sessions
and often travels to customer sites to provide on-site training and
