Heath Kath Heath Kath, Technical Training Consultant, specializes in customer training. As an instructor with Help/Systems Educational and Consulting Services, he trains users of both automated operations and business intelligence products, and is a Robot Certified Specialist. He has over 16 years of System i experience, including 11 years at IBM in product support, testing, software support, and training. His background also includes CL and RPG programming, Query/400, Query Manager, SQL, and journaling. Heath teaches online e-training classes and travels to customer sites to provide on-site training and implementation services.

Her background includes hardware and system implementation, operations management, and help desk support. In her role as an instructor, she teaches online e-training classes and travels to customer sites to provide on-site training and implementation services. She is a Robot Certified Specialist.

Sheryl Quinlan Sheryl Quinlan, Technical Consultant and Lead Trainer, has over 15 years experience supporting ABSTRACT, ESEND, SEQUEL, ViewPoint, and the SEQUEL Web Interface. As an instructor with Help/Systems Educational and Consulting Services, Sheryl travels to customer sites to provide training and consulting services. She also is responsible for developing course materials and training the trainers.

Yvonne Schumacher Yvonne Schumacher, Technical Training Consultant, has over 20 years of experience in the information technology field including certifications from IBM and Help/Systems (Robot products). Her back-ground includes quality assurance, PC software instruction, System i implementation, consulting, and operations. Before becoming a full-time instructor with Help/Systems Educational and Consulting Services, she spent six years as a Technical Consultant supporting customers. She travels regularly to customer sites to provide on-site training and implementation services, and also creates and teaches online e-training classes.

Steven Spieler Steven Spieler, Technical Consultant, has over 19 years of experience working with information and reporting systems on the System i (AS/400, iSeries). For 12 years, Steven worked with companies in a wide variety of industries throughout Europe and North America as a teacher and consultant. Since 2002, he has focused on helping users learn to use SEQUEL. He conducts online e-training sessions and often travels to customer sites to provide on-site training and consulting services.

Mike Stegeman Mike Stegeman, Technical Consultant, has worked with a wide variety of companies in both accounting and information technology. Mike has extensive experience with the System i (going back as far as the System/36). He has supported different products including a CASE tool, an ERP package, and since 2003, SEQUEL. He travels regularly to customer sites to provide on-site training and implementation services.

Her background includes consulting, system implementation, and operations. In addition to technical support, she is an instructor with Help/Systems Educational and Consulting Services and a Robot Certified Specialist. Sara has traveled worldwide to provide training and implementation services for the Robot product line.
