Come to Help/Systems corporate headquarters to learn more about the Robot Automated Operations solution in a small group on your own system. You tell us the specific topics and product features that are especially important to your operations and we create a custom class for you.

Get away from the office and concentrate completely on learning how to improve your operations. Unlike an on-site class, there will be no interruptions, no getting paged to attend to problems, and no getting called out of class.

Here's How It Works
Call Help/Systems. Register for Robot/LAB. Bring a laptop computer you have already tested for remote dial-in access, or call us to discuss other options.

When Robot/LAB begins, you will dial into your system back home. In this hands-on environment, with a low student-teacher ratio, you can address issues such as:

• Initial product setup.
• Existing product setups and how to improve them.
• Specific job setups and how to improve them.
• Your System i environment and how to help it get the most out of the Robot products.
• Advanced product features you may have questions about.
• And more!

Tuition
$1,500 per day for up to 2 people from a single organization. Add $500 for each additional person.

Robot/LAB Hours
Robot/LAB runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on pre-arranged days.
