Receptionist - Afternoon
Department: Marketing
Description: Responsible for answering the telephone and greeting company visitors.

Responsibilities

Essential

Answering the phone.
Direct company visitors and customers.
Uses Sales System to update customer database.
Distribute email messages in Lotus Notes.
Post mail and packages via USPS, UPS, and TNT.
Stuff envelopes and perform light filing.
Keep mailroom neat.
Perform additional projects and duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

Reports to: Office Manager

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Hours: Monday - Thursday 1-6:15, Fri. 1-5:15 (roughly 25 hours)

Requirements:

Experience

Use of Windows.
Use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Use of Adobe Acrobat.

Skills

Ability to professionally represent the company on the phone when speaking to customers.
Effective customer and employee relations and communications skills, both in written and verbal form.
Ability to independently plan and organize one’s own activities.
