Meet Tom Huntington - Mr. Robot

I am Tom Huntington, Vice President of Technical Services at Help/Systems, LLC, and a 20-plus year veteran of the company. During that time, I have traveled almost 900,000 air miles via Northwest/Delta Airlines and visited more than 30 countries to talk to customers about computer automation, backups, security, business intelligence, development practices, quality, and family life.

During my travels and back at the office, I have worked with customers from all industries—everything from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses. I have been to data centers that are as large as two football fields, and others that are as small as a closet. My passion is to help customers adopt computer technologies to solve business issues and to make them more productive.

Providing customer service and building technology based on real customer demands is my greatest strength for Help/Systems. My most positive experience is helping to develop and grow the Robot Automated Operations Software products for Power Systems™ (formerly AS/400, iSeries, and System i) running IBM i (formerly OS/400, i5/OS).
