Share Your Success

This blog marks a milestone for the Robot blog: it's been one year since it started. As I sat down to write, I was reminded that one of my favorite parts of my job here at Help/Systems is the chance I get to interview customers about the successes they’ve had automating their operations with the Robot products. We call these interviews Success Stories, because the companies are successful and the Robot products helped them achieve that success. Each story has similarities, but there are enough unique twists and turns to make each one interesting and a good read.

As you may know, our customers run the gamut from Fortune 500 Companies to smaller, regional business. So, each story has its own flavor and character. Typically, they describe how a customer solved one or more business problems, usually by making a partial or complete transition to a lights-out operations environment, and the benefits that resulted.

For example, there’s the story of how the Lansing State Journal, a mid-size regional newspaper based in Lansing, Michigan, uses Robot/REPORTS to “make the news.” Or, how Knoll, a furniture design company recognized internationally for the design and quality of their workplace furnishings and the strength of their environmental commitment, uses Robot/REPORTS and Robot/SCHEDULE for automation, accountability, accessibility, timeliness, and security. And, how automation has improved the quality or work for Tree of Life, the nation’s leading distributor of natural, organic, specialty, ethnic, and gourmet food products.

If you'd like to share your success story, I’d love to talk with you. Typically, I discuss your story with you over the phone, our writers and designers work with it, and you review and approve. It’s a win-win: you get to tell your story and get some great advertising for your company; we get to brag about another success from using our products.
