Knocking It Out of the Park

Sometimes I get letters or e-mails that I just have to share—they serve as a big reminder to me about the great people at Help/Systems and why I like working here.

Tom, I just wanted to take a moment to send a Thank You!

Thank you for having such a great staff of people that know what they are doing and are always willing to go the extra mile to help out their customers. I have been in the IT world for more than 26 years and I can say that, by far, your company has THE BEST customer service/technical service I have ever come across.

I know we’ve spoken in the past and I’ve told you this before, but I just want to mention again how impressive and well trained the staff at Help/Systems is. This year, I sent people for training on the new product we bought. That worked out very well and, as always, the technical support was phenomenal!!!!

I want to keep this brief, so I’ll get right to the point—I can’t say enough of what a wonderful job Theresa did this year with our conversion project. She “knocked it out of the park” for customer service and technical support. She worked hard to get the right answers, solved many different issues, and helped resolve a lot of unknowns.

Whatever problem, issue, or need we had, she was ready to go and ready to help. Help/Systems must really take the time to train your staff and teach them the products because it shows.

On that note, I wish you and your family Happy Holidays. And, thanks again Tom for the great support of your product and staff.
