Help/Systems manages partners that are both technical and business oriented. We are always looking for ways to make our customers happy by partnering with companies that are interested in developing long-term relationships with Help/Systems and its customers.
Business Partner Program
Our System i-centric automated operations, business intelligence, and
programmer productivity software has helped many customers around
the world solve their business and computer operations issues. Many
of these relationships come from partners who install hardware or
software, consult on a business application, or sell services.
A number of System i software and hardware vendors and consultants have already selected Help/Systems’ software as their preferred business intelligence, automated operations, and programming tool. These relationships continue to grow as our tools provide added value and an increased revenue stream for our partners.
Help/Systems’ active Excellence System meets the international quality standard ISO 9001:2000. When you turn your customers over to Help/Systems, you can rest assured that they’ll be treated with the highest level of customer service in the industry, and that the software you are recommending delivers as advertised.
No partner is too small, too big, or too far away to work with Help/Systems. We work to develop relationships with you and your clients through monthly e-mails and newsletters, user conferences, trade shows, and visits to our headquarters. Plus, our award-winning product support is always just a phone call away. We encourage you and your customers to call whenever you have a product-related question.

Technical Alliance Program
The purpose of the Technical Alliance Program is to develop cooperative
relationships with other vendors who develop application software,
systems management software, and the hardware used by our customers.
Relationship With IBM
Help/Systems is an Advanced Member of IBM’s PartnerWorld program,
a member of the System i ISV Advisory Council, and a member of the
System i Tools Innovation Program. These programs recognize leading-edge
vendors in the System i marketplace.
Membership in these programs benefits our software development, marketing, and product support. We stay informed of developments in the System i world, get answers to development questions, obtain technical training, use equipment for testing, and receive i5/OS updates on an early-ship basis.
Available Interfaces
Over the years, we have developed interfaces to many of our products
through the Technical Alliance Program.
Robot/SCHEDULE
Our popular scheduling product interfaces with several packages, including
IBM’s MQ Series 5.2 message software (WebSphere MQ). Robot/SCHEDULE’s
SAP Interface allows users to schedule SAP on i5/OS, UNIX, and Windows
platforms. And, its EnterpriseOne Interface lets you automate EnterpriseOne
jobs.
Robot/REPLAY
Robot/REPLAY helps you automate software applications, such as MAPICS,
JDE World, BPCS, and Lawson, that require interactive input. It learns
interactive processes and allows you to schedule them as batch jobs.
Robot/NETWORK
Robot/NETWORK automates the operator duties of monitoring your network
for events that need corrective action. Robot/NETWORK works with
enterprise monitoring packages by converting critical System i events
to SNMP. This allows it to interface with common enterprise systems
management packages, including:
SEQUEL
Business intelligence software needs to work with many different databases.
Our System i-
centric solution is no different. Today, SEQUEL supports JDBC type
4 databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL server. If you
have a database that we need to work with, let us know. We’ve
also developed special templates for applications, such as JD Edwards,
so that end users have predefined query rules directly from us.
Robot/SAVE
Robot/SAVE automates the operator duties of system backup, recovery,
and tape management. Robot/SAVE includes special interfaces for some
of the most advanced new storage devices, including IBM and StorageTek
silos.
ABSTRACT
Documentation and impact analysis software needs to work with change
management software. ABSTRACT currently works with change management
products from Softlanding, Aldon, and MKS.
We’re Here To Help
