Over the years, Help/Systems has developed partnerships with leading vendors and resellers in the System i marketplace. We are always looking for ways to make our customers happy by partnering with companies that are interested in developing long-term relationships with Help/Systems and its customers.
Referral Partner Program
One of our partner programs is our Referral Partner Program. Our Referral Partners often install hardware or software, consult on business applications, develop their own solutions, or sell services. They are looking for software that runs on the System i and addresses their customers' needs in the areas of automated operations, data access/analysis, security, and programmer productivity. For more than 25 years, Help/Systems software has helped thousands of users around the world solve their business and computer operations issues. Our Referral Partner Program continues to grow because Help/Systems products allow our partners to provide added value to their customers. In addition, Partners also improve their own revenue stream because each new lead that closes results in compensation for them.

Technical Alliance Program
The purpose of the Technical Alliance Program is to develop cooperative relationships with other vendors who develop application software, systems management software, and the hardware used by our customers. Our goal is to make sure our software works with many common standards in the industry like SNMP, SMTP, SMS, DB2, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQLSrv, MQ Series, SAP, EnterpriseOne, and more.
Relationship With IBM
Help/Systems is an Advanced Member of IBM’s PartnerWorld program and a member of the System i ISV Advisory Council. These programs recognize leading-edge vendors in the System i marketplace.
Membership in these programs benefits our software development, marketing, and product support. We stay informed of developments in the System i world, get answers to development questions, obtain technical training, use equipment for testing, and receive i5/OS updates on an early-ship basis.
Other Key Relationships
We are also members of Oracle, SAP, VMWare, SUN Java, and Microsoft development programs. All of these programs allow us to keep up on the latest technology for our partners' and customers' needs.
