Regional Sales Manager - UK or Switzerland
ABOUT US
Help/Systems has an opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to be based from either its UK or Swiss entity. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of Help/Systems’ software products for the Company’s German speaking territories. Duties include identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities; preparing formal proposals; leading negotiations within a complex decision-making process; and overcoming objections to close sales. Individual needs to maintain a strong knowledge of offered solutions while providing accurate sales forecasts in a consistent manner.

Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and properly qualify business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to closure.
- Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and friendly manner with levels of staff and customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
- Five plus years of sales experience with a software organization.
- Fluency in the German language is required.
- Experience managing large territories and diverse product offerings.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale.
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
