|Janet Dryer joined Help/Systems in 1985 as a Sales Representative and has held positions of increasing responsibility over the years, including Director of Sales and Marketing, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She was named President in 1998, succeeding company founder Dick Jacobson. In 2007, she became CEO of the Help/Systems family of companies. Janet received a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of St. Benedict.
|Matt Bresnan is Director of Research and Development at Help/Systems. He is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic product direction for all Help/Systems product lines. Matt has been with Help/Systems for over 16 years. He is passionate about technology and software engineering and has written related articles for industry trade publications. Matt holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
|Mark Ties joined Help/Systems in February 2011 as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the company’s financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, human resources, and other operational functions. Before joining Help/Systems, Mark was the chief financial officer and treasurer at XATA Corporation, where he served as a member of the executive leadership team and was responsible for the company’s financial operations. Prior to that, he served as a senior financial executive at a number of companies in varied industries. Mark has extensive financial management experience with both public and private companies in the areas of financing, mergers and acquisitions, business integration, and financial processes.
|Tom Huntington is Vice President of Technical Services at Help/Systems, and a 20-plus-year veteran of the company. He oversees business alliances, and large customer relationships and ensures that the Help/Systems software works with other major software and hardware vendors worldwide. Tom often speaks on enterprise scheduling, security, automation topics, IBM i technology, and the Help/Systems products, and hosts technical presentations on a variety of automation topics. He is the author of the Help/Systems blog and has written several articles on automated operations, security, cloud computing, and business intelligence for leading trade journals and newsletters.
|Jim Cassens is Managing Director of International at Help/Systems. He is responsible for the company’s strategic execution and growth relating to mergers, acquisitions, and Help/Systems Channel Partner Programs. Jim has been with Help/Systems for over 10 years and has held several positions, including Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of International Sales. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration/ Computer Science from Aurora University and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
|Brian Holsten joined Help/Systems in 2011 as Director of Human Resources. In his mission to improve delivery of HR programs and solutions for a growing company, Brian draws on leadership roles in the medical device and financial services industries and at Compellent Technologies, where he was Vice President of Human Resources before joining Help/Systems. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and an MS in Organization Management and Human Resources from Capella University. Brian achieved the SPHR certification in 1999.
