John Lewis joined Help/Systems as Chief Financial Officer in 2009 and oversees the company’s finance, accounting, and human resources functions. John has nearly twenty years of experience as CEO, COO and CFO of several software and technology-oriented businesses. Prior to joining Help/Systems, he was CEO of GeoLogic Solutions, and COO/CFO of XATA Corporation, both providers of fleet management software for the transportation industry. He currently serves on the board of Plato Learning, a leading provider of e-learning instruction. John earned a B.S. in engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Tim Woodfield is Chief Operations Officer for Help/Systems International, based in the U.K. He is responsible for product support and delivery for all the Help/Systems product lines internationally. In addition, Tim manages internal operations for the International division. An 11+ year veteran of the company, he has 22 years of experience in System i customer service, support, and programming. He holds B.S in Computer Science and Mathematics from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Brockport and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Jim Cassens has been with Help/Systems for over eight years and has held several positions, including Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of International Sales. He is currently the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for all sales activity in the United States and Canada. Jim has the unique opportunity to work with a variety of companies, both large and small, to ensure that all users of the Help/Systems products are able to attain a level of automation that allows them to run efficiently and achieve the maximum return on their software investment.

Tom Huntington is Vice President of Technical Services at Help/Systems, and a 20-plus year veteran of the company. He oversees Webinars, business alliances, public relations, success stories, and large customer relationships, and ensures that Help/Systems' software works with other major software and hardware vendors worldwide. Tom often speaks on automation topics, business intelligence, System i technology, and Help/Systems products, and hosts technical presentations on work management, security, automated operations, and backup/recovery. He has written several articles on automated operations and business intelligence for leading System i trade journals and newsletters.

Konrad Litwin has been with Help/Systems since 2007 as Managing Director of Help/Systems International covering the Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions. He previously had established and grown his own company reselling and supporting the Robot products in these regions for more than five years. His company was acquired by Help/Systems when the company increased its international presence. His career began as a Systems Analyst, and later focused on selling computer software, hardware, and services, rising through the sales ranks to Sales Director. He is trained in various sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman Strategic Selling.
